Quick HelpOnce you have click the Get It Now button, you will be sent an email with all the details for your account, website and password. Along with details of a quick start guide, where to click and download the software, everything you need.
The download links are available in your own web portal, log in and click the images for either Windows or Mac software.
Select Run from the pop up to run the install program.
Enter your account details (supplied instantly in the welcome email)
Enter the name of the computer you are on, for example "My Laptop" or "Mac Book Pro". Don't forget, you can add up to 5 computers with one account.
Select the folders you would like to back up, we suggest you tick the following to start with.
You're all done, Lush Backup will now scan your folders and start sending the data to our secure servers. Lush Backup automatically looks at your folders and looks for changes and new files, and backs those up too.
You'll also notice a little green square appearing on your folders and files, this means it's protected by Lush Backup.
If you need your files because your computer is broken, or just showing friends those pictures you took at the weekend, simply log into your own secure website, and navigate to the folder where you saved them on your computer. You can view a slideshow right there on the web, download a single file, or download the whole folder in one zip file, simple.

Download a folder full of files by right clicking (or clicking the little arrow at the top of each icon) and select Download
Download a single file in the same way
Access older versions of a file. For example, if you have a word document and save over the top of it, Lush Backup keeps 30 old copies of that file, so you can go back in time and get you work back that you may have deleted.
Retrieve a deleted file or folder. If you've deleted a file, Lush Backup will still keep it for 30 days. If a week after you deleted a file you realise you needed it, just log in and download it like any other file.
All the the features available through an Internet browser are also available through the Restore Application. Restore/Download folders, access old versions of a file and recover deleted files, it's so simple to use.
